So I was talking to the only remaining Founder besides myself (Joseph) and I asked him what he thought of the points idea that I had.

I mentioned that some conventions are running so many things that I can't fit people into 12 hours a day to run games. There aren't enough games quite simply to keep everyone busy. This would result in an issue of people who mean well and want to work their hours simply can not do it.

So what I proposed is this. 1 point per half hour worked and 1 point per hour of GMing. This means that you simply have to work the hours you stated to get the reward you wanted (I also reduced the cost of them so that you don't have to work as hard).
